Roles & Responsibilities:
1. To achieve monthly or annual student recruitment targets by registering students.
2. To build the business by identifying prospects and selling to them.
3. To provide essential information about the market demands, competitive market, and opportunities available as part of the sales engagement process.
4. To recommend new opportunities and service improvements.
5. Maintaining relationships with customers by providing support until conversion and beyond recommend solutions pertaining to customers’ needs and requests.
6. Organising and attending sales visits.
7. Demonstrating and presenting programmes via webinars or face-to-face presentations.
8. Establishing new business contacts.
9. Follow through with documentation and maintain accurate records.
10. Using and updating correct records in the campus management system.
11. Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings as sales outreach.
12. Attending training sessions to sharpen skills and knowledge.
13. Review sales performance with the manager and team members.
14. Gather on-ground market intelligence for the manager – collect, analyse and summarise information.
15. Propose product and financial aid packages.
16. Maintain quality service – follow up*.
17. Maintain technical and professional knowledge by attending educational workshops or professional development programmes.
18. Contribute to team efforts by sharing knowledge and helping colleagues.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
1. The candidate should have a passion and motivation for sales and marketing-related work.
2. Build relationships with customers through excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service.
3. Negotiation & Prospecting skills.
4. Meeting sales goals/has some commercial awareness.
6. Creativity.
7. Planning and time management skills.
8. Presentation skills.
9. Adaptable to meet the needs of customers, e.g working adults who will communicate outside of office hours/different time zones.
Education, Experience, and Other Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred.
2. At least 3 years of industry sales experience (connection to sponsors/Yayasan Negeri/agents/schools would be an added advantage).
3. One to three years of management experience.
4. Ability to speak other local languages is an added advantage (able to speak Mandarin).
5. Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
