Job Description

• Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction. 
• Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. 
• Developing and managing advertising campaigns. 
• Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events. 
• Building brand awareness and positioning. 
• Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts. 
• Researching demand for the organization's products and services. 
• Evaluating competitors. 
• Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies 
• Work closely with digital marketer to coordinate online and offline marketing strategies with maximum impact at optimum cost. 
• Develop overall marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and boost lead generation/ conversion activities 
• Manage marketing budget and track campaign performance against target metrics or KPIs . 
• Manage marketing vendor relationships, contract performance, and negotiations 
• To identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options
• To attend trade shows, promotions, etc. (in general to keep a high profile in the marketplace) 
• To organize Sales event and to liaise and communicate with Operation Teams on the event arrangement to ensure the event run smoothly 

Job Requirements

• 4 years experience and above in related field
• minimum degree holder of any studies
• able to communicate in English
