Job Description
- Identify training & development needs within organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources department
- Implementing the organization's recruiting strategy
- Conducting training sessions, devise individual learning plans and administering on-the-job training programs
- Conduct appraisals
- Conduct and analyze compensation surveys
- Overseeing engagement programs and other employee relations work
Job Requirements
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, or certification in SHRM, HRIC or any related courses
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Mandarin Speaking candidates would have higher advantages!!
