About The Job

Responsibilities

To assist in preparing drawings for whole design stage inclusive of 3D Visual & create technical drawings (2D Detail Drawings & Furniture Detail Drawings)
Review and check drawings for errors before send out for confirmation.
Work closely with sales designer to create every needed drawings for client.
To liaise internally with sales designer & contractors on project details and resolving technical issues.
Able to work in a fast paced with deadline given.
To fully understand standard of protocol and policies by the company.

Job Requirements

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
Bilingual in Mandarin & English to communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparts. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role required candidate to deal with Mandarin speaker.
At least 3 Year(s) of relevant working experience.
Skills in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Skills in Corona Renderer will added advantage
