Job Description
- Responsible for establishing customer support processes and practices, including customer experience, provide professional advice
- Drive Pre-Sales and Post Sales activities, including identifying potential leads, onboarding new clients, renewal and retention goals
- Establish smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database via company’s CRM system.
- Facilitate continuous improvement of processes based on client’s feedback
- Contribute in the continuous development of the company’s product & services training program.
Job Requirements
- B.Degree in Business Admin or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field
- Pre-Sales, Sales, and Post-Sales experience will be preferred.
- Professional interpersonal skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Multi-lingual i.e., English, Bahasa, Mandarin
- Technical knowledge in Interior Design is an added advantage
