Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for presenting the company’s IT products and services, identifying a match in needs / problems that the prospect has, then convincing them to make a purchase. He or she needs to be meticulous to follow a series of processes that secure the sale.

  • Follow sales strategies, plan, implement and generate sales activities to achieve sales revenue targets.
  • Perform all sales activities necessary to secure meetings, then give presentations on the products and services offered.
  • Presents the solution (either physical or virtual depending on conditions).
  • Facilitate product demonstration of Proof-of-Concept.
  • Assist the marketing team with any events that may be conducted.
  • Achieve sales targets, prepare and present reports, proposals and sales forecasts in a timely manner.
  • Update the CRM system with company & contact details, as well as all interaction activities with prospects and clients.
  • Provide assistance with managing the client’s needs and ensure their happiness level is preserved.
  • When needed, assist with generating leads.

Job Requirements

  • Dynamic and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting with people.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
