Job Description

• Managing support tickets (including alerts generated by monitoring systems such as backups, network, servers and any other incident under customer's support scope).
• Provide timely response to all incidents, outages and performance alerts.
• Recognise, identify and prioritise incidents in accordance with customer business requirements, organisational policies and operational impact.
• Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to faults on systems and networks, liaising with 3rd party suppliers, handling escalation through to resolution).
• Documenting and updating the company's knowledge base system from time to time.
• Assist in client's onboarding / offboarding process (deployment of remote and monitoring systems, backups, antivirus and any other in-scoped configurations).
• Participate in a 24x7 on call rotation (if required).
• Provide on-site IT support (if required).

Job Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
• 2 years of experience in IT Support or related fields will be an added advantage.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
