About The Job

The Channel Sales Assistant is responsible for presenting the company’s products and services, identifying a match in needs / problems that the prospect has, then convincing them to make a purchase. He or she needs to be meticulous to follow a series of processes that secure the sale.

  1. Perform all sales activities necessary to secure meetings, then give presentations on the products and services offered.
  2. Assist with generating leads.
  3. Achieve sales targets, prepare and present reports, proposals and sales forecasts in a timely manner.
  4. Keeping CRM system up to date with client/prospect information and activities.
  5. Provide assistance to Channel Sales Director with assisting reseller or client’s needs and ensure their happiness level is preserved.


Job Requirements

Since the opportunity is rare, we are also looking for rare candidates. The candidates should have the following values: 
  1. Someone that is hard-working, systematic, highly positive, accountable, respectful, prompt, self-motivated and result-oriented
  2. At least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in any field
  3. Fresh graduate or One (1) year of working experience in the field of Sales or Information Technology. 
  4. Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities.
  5. Dynamic and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting with people.
  6. Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
  7. Fluent in English both written and oral
  8. Location: Kuala Lumpur
  9. Full-time job
