You will work closely with our senior management to head the sales team as we continue to expand our certification offerings globally
Job Requirements
- Tertiary education
- Minimum 3 years experience in managing a sales team
- 5 years experience of B2B and B2C sales experience
- Familiarity with sales process and methodology
- Excellent coaching skills: ability to observe, evaluate, and provide meaningful feedback
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with CRM applications
- Understanding of the Training industry
- Existing relationships with C level management in medium to large corporations will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to communicate in other languages will be an advantage
