Job Description

Primary Responsibility:
  • Develop, plan and manage the Institute’s marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and expand the market for the Institute’s products and services.
  • Plan and implement lead generation campaigns (digital and conventional) in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Implement and manage digital marketing strategies to increase traffic and enhance the marketing funnel through the Institute’s social media platforms
  • Develop metrics of measurement and analyse data to measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for market trend & competitor analysis and develop market intelligence data for the Institute.
  • Involve in the selection and collaboration with the Institute’s freelance/contract creative contributors/vendors.
  • Plan, monitor and track marketing budget and marketing projects to achieve optimal results for the Institute.
  • Identify digital marketing trends, insights and optimise the Institute’s digital marketing performance with these data.
  • Oversee the marketing communication function and planning for the Institute to/and develop up-selling and cross-selling funnels for the Institute’s members, corporate partners and existing customer base.
  • Responsible for the development, usage and archiving of the Institute’s creative assets, including but not limited to videos, brochures, EDMs, articles, blogs, social media posts, etc.
  • Hiring and managing the performance of a more junior marketing team that can also include PR and creative staff.
  • Writing and delivering content and social media plans.
  • Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures
  • Contribute and participate in the Institute’s events and promotional activities, and any ad-hoc tasks/projects that may be assigned from time to time by the Management


Job Requirements

  1. Candidates must possess a degree in Marketing/Mass Communication or equivalent 
  2. Meticulous, analytical and attention to details 
  3. Excellent communication, creative and project management skills. 
  4. Possess the ability to think out of the box to champion innovation and new ideas 
  5. Results and goal-driven 
  6. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field of marketing, with proven track records 
  7. Candidates with the relevant experience in digital marketing is strongly encouraged to apply 
  8. Must be able to multitask and has experience managing a team
