Job Description

• Create print ads such as buntings, brochures, flyers, etc.
• Craft original digital content like infographics, social posts, web banners, EDMs, etc
• Design digital and print newsletters, booklets, etc.
• Produce animated/video presentations including animated explainer videos
• Develop excellent design to be used on the company’s social media channels (Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, etc.)
• Partner with members of the copywriting team to produce innovative solutions to social and blog campaigns
• Receive and enthusiastically address constructive feedback
• Stay on top of all trends in design in order to keep the IERP team inspired and in-the-know
• Ensure projects are completed on time in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality
• Shift priorities to meet deadlines based on changing calendars

• Ability to juggle multiple projects at once, last minute requests and quick turnarounds with a positive attitude
• Intermediate to Expert-level skills with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Dreamweaver, Publisher, video/animated video software, etc.
• Knowledge of brand identity, voice and the ability to adhere to brand standards
• Strong layout skills and incredible typography skills (with extensive knowledge of visual hierarchies)
• Familiarity with social media platforms, and knowledge of best practices for infographic design
• Ability to write and speak English is a MUST
• Degree or Diploma in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia or similar concentration.
• Display in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios is an advantage
• Knowledge of SEO best practices is an advantage
