About The Job

Job Summary:

The candidate will a key contributor to the Institute’s to increase customer reach, and expand the marketplace through digital means. You will be expected to champion the end-to-end implementation of new strategic and tactical digital marketing projects to promote the Institute’s brand, programmes, services and events - including driving traffic, growth, conversions, development, engagement, acquisition & reporting across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should also be creative with a penchant for analytics and is well-versed with local & global digital/content marketing trends.
 
 Primary Responsibility:

  1. Formulate and execute strategies to create and boost brand and digital presence for the Institute
  2. Formulate, implement and monitor tactical and strategic online strategies to expand awareness for the Institute’s brand and range of products & services
  3. Drive SEO and digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic and enhance the marketing funnel through the Institute’s social media platforms and websites
  4. Measure and analyse the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
  5. Perform market trend & competitor analysis and develop market intelligence data for the Institute.
  6. Identify current and emerging digital marketing trends to develop insights and optimise the Institute’s digital marketing performance
  7. Contribute ideas to content marketing & marketing communications, and maintain relationship with the Institute’s creative vendors and contributors
  8. Maintain and manage the Institute’s creative assets, including but not limited to videos, brochures, EDMs, articles, blogs, social media posts, etc.
  9. Constantly review and update the Institute’s digital communication and social media platforms, and improve user experience
  10. Contribute and participate in the Institute’s events and promotional activities, and any ad-hoc tasks/projects that may be assigned from time to time by the Management

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates must possess a degree in Marketing/Mass Communication or equivalent at minimum
  2. Meticulous, analytical and attention to details, with good knowledge and insights on digital marketing and content marketing trends 
  3. Excellent communication, creative and project management skills, and able to work with tight deadlines
  4. Editing and writing skills: You need to devise and edit content for various digital platforms. Writing blog posts may well be an integral part of the job 
  5. Understand and able to use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, Content Management Systems, WordPress, etc. 
  6. Should be up-to-date with advances in web technology 
  7. Results oriented team player, and possess the ability to think out of the box to champion innovation and new ideas
  8. Minimum 2 years’ experience in the field of marketing or relevant prior experience is preferred.
