Job Description
1) PROGRAM OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE (POE)
- Administer the implementation of the, customized, assessment & certification programs and capability building by executing the program announcement, participant’s eligibility & nomination, program confirmation, engaging the trainers (LF, LLF or Vendors).
2) MANAGEMENT OF LEARNING RESOURCES AND STAKEHOLDERS
- Engage with LF, LLF, Vendors, PP Department, PE Department, OPUs Capability Management, SKG Leadership Team, External Client HR, Upstream Commercial Academy, Technical Assurance & Capability and other relevant parties on programs requirements.
3) INTELLIGENT MARKET FOCUS
- Analyze, plan, develop and disseminate learning schedule for long and short-term programs by optimizing internal & external resources.
4) PROGRAM QUALITY MANAGEMENT
- Facilitate and administer program implementation improvement based on program evaluation reports
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree
Good communication & negotiation, able to work independently and fluent in English

Good marketing skills and ability to develop strong rapport with stakeholders is an advantage.
2 years of working experience, with O&G experience is an advantage
