About The Job

Perform customer service support duties, include PO issuing, order management and handle customers’ enquires.
Liaise with internal departments, such as Hong Kong office and various production sites.
Manage customer complaints effectively and provide the best appropriate solutions meeting both the customers’ needs and business objectives
To perform general administrative support on customer-related matters.
To assist in ad hoc projects and assignments on customer services and related systems.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Communications, Language or relevant disciplines
1-2 years of working experience. Experience in Printing industry will be a plus.
Good command of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skill.
Detailed and thorough in work habits including detailed documentation.
Positive attitude and work ethic in the multicultural team.
Computer skills including Windows, MS Office, knowledge on ERP system would be an advantage.
