JOB DESCRIPTION
To ensure company quality management system is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001 standard, Good Distribution Practice for Medical Device (GDPMD) Halal requirement and other standard obtained by the company.

To execute and maintain established company quality policy and objective, ensure the adequacy to support company business strategic direction 

To monitor and enhance customer satisfaction accordance to specific necessity, applicable statutory and regulatory requirement

To conduct internal audit and process audit of the QMS, verify corrective action on nonconformities

To manage external supplier audits and liaise with external bodies on matters related to accreditation

To ensure all internal system and procedures are in order to fulfill the requirement of external certification bodies.

To sustain and continually improve manufacturing and warehouse activities (inbound & outbound) on standard of quality and productivity to meet customer and company targets

  • To provide assistance and coaching to others in continual improvement of QMS
  • To prepare management systems report, maintain and retain company related documentation
  • To involve in sectional key performance indicators (KPI) and Risk Assessment management

List of regulatory approval or marketing clearance from other countries with the following information/documents

Documentation related to the manufacturing processes, including quality assurance measures, which is appropriate to the complexity and risk class of the medical device. Manufacturing process shall include resources and activities that transform input into the desired output.

Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s products.

Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions, product recall), including the need for improvement.

Job Requirements

Degree in engineering, manufacturing, regulatory, logistic / supply chain or other equivalent.

At least 3-4 years working experience of quality management system in logistic/manufacturing/warehouse/ distribution background.

Preferably candidate with proven experience in leading corporate quality management system of ISO 9001, GDPMD (Good Distribution Practice in Medical Device) and ISO 14001 as well as possess interpersonal skills to motivate, coordinate and team lead.

  • Proficiency in English is essential in report writing.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office for presentation, report and analysis
  • Knowledge in ISO 13451 and Clean Room Environment an added advantage.
  • Manufacturing operations on medical / pharmaceutical item like surgical face mask, gloves, supply chain and logistic experience an added advantage
