JOB DESCRIPTION
  1. Follow-up on & preparing debtor aging report & resolve overdue payment from customers. Prepare debtor statement for customer. Issue invoices & prepare delivery order for customers.
  2. Verification, checking & processing of monthly staff claims & sales commission.
  3. Monitor and manage cash sales payment, petty cash & staff overtime claims.
  4. Maintain office administration like stationery, filing system & company car maintenance & reminding on renewal of miscellaneous licenses.
  5. Handle account payable such as entering invoice data into accounting system, issue payment related documents and creditor reconciliation.
  6. Handle account receivables such as issue delivery order, invoice and issue official receipts.
  7. Handle reconciliation of related companies and issue contra note.- Register newly purchase items and disposal of fixed assets into accounting system and run depreciation process.
  8. Monthly stock check and monthly preparation of sales report and stock forecasting. 
  9. Ability to handle a full set of accounts or preparation of accounting report is an added advantage but not necessary.

Job Requirements

  1. Possess at least a higher secondary / STPM/A-Level / Diploma or Degree in Finance & Accounting or Equivalent.
  2. Languages : Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English
  3. At least 2-3 years of working experience in similar capacity
  4. Skill: SQL knowledge & proficiency is an added advantage (Purchasing & Sales System)
