Job Description
- Ensure more SME advertisers use Passionate services and products .
- Champion company cause, mission and products.
- Responsible for prospecting and developing opportunities to achieve sales, profit and assigned targets.
- Generates sales leads through personal, professional and external networks.
- Presents, negotiates and sells Passionate services to prospective SME clients, typically pitching to business owners, marketing managers and planners.
- Participates in promotional events such as trade shows and seminars.
- Report/Review performance every week to Head of SME Sales to keep track of sales pipeline and continue to improve sales efforts.
- Maintain open channel of communication by providing accurate and timely information sharing regarding sales efforts to Head of SME Sales.
- Build strong relationships with current and potential clients and maintain them well.
- Work closely with other stakeholders to anticipate and respond to a variety of business needs, striving for a collective company goal of successfully penetrating the Malaysian SME market.
- To carry out additional task/work as directed by management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration/Management/Marketing/Advertising or Media/Mass Communications or any related advanced education preferred.
- SPM Cert holders with 2 years working experience in similar capacity with proven track record in achieving sales quota is welcome to apply.
- Prior Facebook related direct SME sales experience will be a bonus.
- Experience in digital advertising/media is strongly preferred.
- Must be customer-focused with excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
- Experience selling direct/SME digital media services in a highly competitive environment is an added advantage.
- Candidate should demonstrate a strategic and analytical sales approach with focus on securing new business.
- Strong knowledge of Internet concepts and is familiar to prominent social media platforms. Must be able to discuss them with conviction.
- Excellent presentation skills.
