About The Job

  1. Ensure more SME advertisers use Passionate services and products .
  2. Champion company cause, mission and products.
  3. Responsible for prospecting and developing opportunities to achieve sales, profit and assigned targets.
  4. Generates sales leads through personal, professional and external networks.
  5. Presents, negotiates and sells Passionate services to prospective SME clients, typically pitching to business owners, marketing managers and planners.
  6. Participates in promotional events such as trade shows and seminars.
  7. Report/Review performance every week to Head of SME Sales to keep track of sales pipeline and continue to improve sales efforts.
  8. Maintain open channel of communication by providing accurate and timely information sharing regarding sales efforts to Head of SME Sales.
  9. Build strong relationships with current and potential clients and maintain them well.
  10. Work closely with other stakeholders to anticipate and respond to a variety of business needs, striving for a collective company goal of successfully penetrating the Malaysian SME market.
  11. To carry out additional task/work as directed by management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration/Management/Marketing/Advertising or Media/Mass Communications or any related advanced education preferred.
  • SPM Cert holders with 2 years working experience in similar capacity with proven track record in achieving sales quota is welcome to apply.
  • Prior Facebook related direct SME sales experience will be a bonus.
  • Experience in digital advertising/media is strongly preferred.
  • Must be customer-focused with excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
  • Experience selling direct/SME digital media services in a highly competitive environment is an added advantage.
  • Candidate should demonstrate a strategic and analytical sales approach with focus on securing new business.
  • Strong knowledge of Internet concepts and is familiar to prominent social media platforms. Must be able to discuss them with conviction.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
