Job Description

• Develop and implement effective project management plan for the creative team.
• Participates and generate ideas in the creative process from conception to final production. 
• Track the progress and quality of work being performed by the creative team before submission to client.
• Complete weekly job status reports and account for job tracking.
• Establish a high level of rapport with different teams and department as well as provide accurate and timely information for decision making purposes.
• Conduct regular analysis to evaluate departmental effectiveness and identify business opportunities to grow the business.
• Craft responses to client request from time to time.
• Work with other members of the regional team to anticipate respond to a variety of business needs.
• To carry out additional task / work as directed by management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mass Communications, Arts, Graphic Communications, Multimedia, Business Administration or equivalent 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Have some understanding about Adobe Creative software suites and well versed with file extension acronyms (e.g. psd, ai, etc)
• Great attitude, passionate, proactive, innovative and good communication skills.
• Able to work independent or collaboratively in a team environment.
• Able to communicate well with various internal stakeholders in the company
