About The Job

Overall Job Function:

Shall be responsible for executing and coordinating sales operation and activities to achieve profit and sales growth objectives for the assigned key accounts across agency and direct clients. To carry out all company sales and marketing activities. Strives to consistently enhance the company competitive position in the marketplace.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the sales team for developing business growth and achieving sales, profit and assigned targets.
  • Presents, negotiates and sells Online Media’s products to prospective agency and direct clients, typically pitching to executives, media planners and marketing managers.
  • Participates in promotional events such as trade shows and seminars.
  • Work closely with other stakeholders in the company to ensure successful online campaign execution and implementation
  • Assisting in crafting responses to RFPs, proposals and contracts.
  • Conduct regular sales analysis to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify business opportunities to grow the business.
  • Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and build strong network across the online media industry.


Job Requirements

Specification and Requirement (Eligibility):

  • Able to work under pressure to meet quarterly sales targets
  • Online advertising experience will be added advantage.
  • Candidate will demonstrate a strategic and analytical sales approach with focus on securing new business.
  • Experience in advertising/media, strategic marketing and/or consulting is strongly preferred.
  • Must be customer-focused leader with excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
  • Experience selling web solutions in a highly competitive environment is ideal.
  • Degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing or any related advanced education.
  • 1-2 years working experience in similar capacity in an advertising environment
  • Must have good knowledge of Internet concepts and able to discuss them with conviction.
