About The Job


  • Prospecting and developing leads for the sales pipeline
  • Grow, retain and renew relationships with advertisers and agencies
  • Achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets according to sales plan
  • Understanding of client objectives and coming up with a creative media proposal to meet those objectives
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams effectively to execute successful campaigns
  • Strive to consistently enhance the company competitive position in the marketplace.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing or any related advanced education
  • 1-2 years working experience in sales and account management role (Digital Media background preferred)
  • Good communications, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills
  • Possess an analytical mind and have good problem solving skill
  • Experience in advertising/media, strategic marketing and/or consulting is ideal.
  • The ability to see projects through from inception to production.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet quarterly sales targets
