Job Description
- Building rapport and educating customers on client's products
- Track customers’ preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas
- Conducting user training on client products and its features
- Acting as a liaison between the customers and the product vendor representative
- Network and build trusting relationships with the existing customers
- Demonstrates how a product works to the customers
- Responding to customer feedback and handling complaints, if any
Job Requirements
- SPM leavers with no higher education (e.g. Degree or Diploma) is welcome to apply
- This is a 6 months contract position
- Fresh graduate (in any discipline) is welcome to apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese is required for this position
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
- In-depth product training and customer service skills will be taught
- Ability to travel within Malaysia (especially Klang Valley)
