Job Description

The Job:
  • Lead and manage Revenue Team to ensure good sales pipeline tracking and activities.
  • Identify business opportunities and present our solutions to help clients achieve its business goals.
  • Establish key metrics and analysis to support the revenue and profit optimization of company’s products.
  • Manage strategic revenue plans to drive profitable revenue and improve client retention and satisfaction.
  • Develop key pricing initiatives for all Company products that align with business’s growth and profitability goals.
  • Analyze and research on industry trends, economic performance to guide decisions on price points and promotion benchmarks.
  • Manage and direct the annual/monthly revenue cycle on the expenses, profit contribution and budgeting.
  • Build a performance driven sales-focused culture with Revenue, Customer Care & Business Development team members.
  • Assist in evaluating and planning marketing strategies to drive lead generation and improve sales growth.
  • Develop, implement and monitor financial and performance objectives and identify efficiencies to optimize revenue and cash flow.
  • Maintain revenue integrity and regulatory compliance while optimizing systems and processes to maximize cash flows.

Job Requirements

The Person:
  • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis/ revenue strategy, and successful track record in managing Company’s revenue.
  • Master map maker for the ongoing revenue stream of Company.
  • Understanding of SaaS-based cross-channel/multi-channel marketing.
  • An energizer with strong analytical skills and business savviness.
  • Superior communication and good problem solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of competitive and market landscape (SAAS/Tech).
  • Expert in developing dynamic pricing strategies and develop tools to track revenue cycle.
