About The Job

Infrastructure Consulting & Managed Services Sdn. Bhd. (“ICMS”);  is looking for a highly skilled, motivated individual, talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative/Manager that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. 

The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas (Approximately USD 300K – 500K per/quarter).
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects 

Job Requirements

The Inside Sales Representatives/Manager should be able to work independently with minimal oversight in positioning Microsoft Cloud Solutions Offerings (ie. Microsoft O365, Enterprise Mobility Suite, Intune, Azure, Skype for Business, etc) and CommVault Enterprise Backup.  

ISR/ISM requires to generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders; understanding and interpreting sales requirements; providing sales/pre-sales information; developing accounts. 

Prospective applicants must be effective managers of time, due in part to short turnaround times for deal closure. The ISR/ISM must be able to effectively meet assigned quota and prioritize work assignments for efficiency. Organizational skills are a key component to success in this field, as it requires working with large amounts of customer’s database with prompt follow-ups. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven inside/outside sales experience.
  • Good Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Experience working with Microsoft CRM, or similar CRM.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written skills in English to effectively communicate with colleagues, customers, suppliers - in person, on phone, and by written communications.
  • Strong listening, presentation, communication skills and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; client.
  • Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Self-starter, and be able to manage expectations with customers
