About The Job

  • Identifying software application issues faced by customers and provide corrective solutions.
  • Liaise with software development team to identify software application bugs and work around.
  • Improve software application performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.
  • Improve existing software application by reviewing objectives and specifications.
  • Strong customer service and support focus with a desire to deliver a high quality customer focused services.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with Customers and Partners.
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Documenting trouble shooting guide.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Self-motivated and highly professional with ability to lead and take ownership and responsibility. 

Job Requirements

Knowledge is the following will be an advantage:-
  • Database - MSSQL, MYSQL, Oracle
  • Operating System - Windows Server, Linux
  • Basic Java Programming Language
  • Writing Basic Query in MSSQL, MYSQL, Oracle
  • Network Protocol/Firewall Settings
  • Security Standards/Policy
  • Server Performance Trouble Shooting
