Job Description

• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Proactively follow-up customers via phone and email
• Identify new sales prospects while maintaining existing customers.
• To assist in planning and execute strategies in developing and promoting products.
• Ability to interact with all level of people effectively.
• Maintain good relationships with existing & potential customers.
• Assist to manage and expand grower/customer base
• Diligent and works with the end goal in mind
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Presentable, positive, polite
• Detailed, observant, and pro-active
• Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads
• Research prospective clients and acquiring high-level contacts 

Job Requirements

• 1-5 years of working experience would be an advantage
• Age must be below 30 years
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
• High attention to detail, structured and have a desire to learn and succeed
• Must be fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English. Mandarin and Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Self-driven and motivated in achieving sales target 
• Able to think on the go and be comfortable and adapt to any situation
• Other administrative tasks as required 
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Team player 
• Possess own transport.
