Description:
This exciting new position is ideal for dynamic business professionals who have a strong passion in technology! You will have the autonomy to manage and own end-to-end sales pipeline while becoming an industry expert who help clients strategically digitalise their business through industry lens! You will work closely with the Head of Digital Solutions to spearhead our business growth!

Responsibilities:
  • Generate new sales leads, close sales and manage sales pipeline from initial contact to the end of the sales cycle.
  • Develop and execute the business plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Prepare documents and register the company for Tenders, including government and GLC projects.
  • Responsible for all aspects of Pre-Qualification and sales support work including Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ).
  • Present Digital Solutions services, products and value proposition to qualified prospects.
  • Work closely with all internal stakeholders and leads to achieving wins in all project opportunities. 
  • Develop and manage relationships and engagement of clients from all levels.
  • Proactively improve strategic initiatives spanning sales workflows, processes and pricing.
  • Prepare sales performance reports.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline such as Computer Science/ IT, Business and Marketing.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven work experience in a business development role, particularly in the B2B IT sector. 
  • Strong command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential.
  • Excellent communication (written/verbal) skills and people networking skills.
  • Goal-driven attitude to close deals. 
  • Strong analytic capabilities relating to market and industry. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and a passion for negotiations.
  • Good sales knowledge and know how to expand business on own networks.
