Job Description
Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers/brand owners
Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
Considering New Trends: Industry changes and new trends are constantly popping up. You must stay up-to-date on these changes to determine whether the company must adapt along with them, including updating technology and service providers.
Identify and analyze future supply chain needs and business compliance requirements & developed efficient cost effective solution.
Develop and implement lean supply chain with strategic suppliers improving flexibility & reducing inventories liability
Well sync supply chain activities between suppliers, customers, sales, fulfilment centre and in-house store.
Develop business process for a supply chain visibility systems to track customer's orders.
Measuring supply performance metrics to business direction goals
Cost Matters
Measuring "earned value" on each project. prepare cost report, detect issues, and effectively communicate the project’s cost performance, issues/ concerns, & recovery plans to the project team.
Job Requirements
- Proficient to speak and write in Mandarin as you are required to liaise with China production.
- Resourceful, great at connecting the dots and agile to strategies
- You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- You have prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building vendors & strategic partnerships.
- You have experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.
- You are highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver.
- You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- You have excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with current digital tools would be a plus
- Ideal if you’re looking for structured hours, you’ll work from 9:30am to 6:00pm during the week. However, just like most event jobs, you won’t be able to escape working the occasional evening and weekend on unplanned circumstances.
