Job Description

• Must be able to speak Mandarin with Production & Sourcing Partner in China
• Cost Centre – Source Vendors Merchandises, Brands Owner, Service Providers & etc
• Negotiate best price
• Issue P/O
• Endorse Purchase Invoice before payment 
• Checker to Designer Final Artwork and send to Vendors for action
• VMC to follow up Mock Up and pass to designers to counter check accuracy
• Liaison person to instruct vendor proceed production
• Follow up goods arrival & 1stchecker on goods arrival
• Brief On-Call Officer on QC standard and packing requirement
• Final Check before bulk delivery to clients
• Arrange right logistic support for deliveries
• On-field audit Vendors’ work in progress 
• Update latest vendor development

Job Requirements

1. Experience in purchasing/ sourcing & partnership and smart Tech literature
2. Degree Holder / Experience equivalent to 5 years and above 
3. Good Negotiation skill
4. Great Interactive & Communication Skill
5. Integrity & High Privacy Level 
6. Aggressiveness in exploring latest product ideas
7. Knowledge in industry technical specs ( Printing Method & Merchandises Material)
8. Have transportation and willingness to travel 
9. Can manage multi tasking and highly committed Person
