Job Description

• Sourcing of innovative and trendy goods and services that highly appealing to current market trend. 
• Perform sourcing, liaising and negotiating with new and existing suppliers to improve business.
• Re-negotiate contracts with suppliers to produce better savings and further value for spend.
• Review supplies, works and services to ensure compliance with company top notch service requirement
• Provide updates about procurement related progress and potential delays on a daily basis to the Business Manager.
• Maintain positive working relationships with strategic suppliers to assure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.
• Analyze market and delivery trends so as to develop procurement technologies and processes that support those trends.
• Sourcing suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers.
• Implementing inventory optimization strategies within the company.
• Obtaining quotes from different suppliers.
• Negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns.
• Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes.
• Providing solutions to improve company spending and outsourcing.
• You required to visit vendors and on-site buying if needs arise

Job Requirements

• Candidate must love to explore innovative & uptrend product ideas that improve our lifestyle. 
• Must well converse and written in Mandarin with overseas counterparts.
• At least Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or similar relevant field
• Hands on experience with sourcing and partnership management
• Outstanding negotiation abilities
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great communication, interpersonal and networking skills
• Any additional training or certificate will be considered an advantage
