Job Description

• New Product Development. You will work closely with all parties to elevate new product development items from concept to production, particularly focusing on trendy products relevant to market needs. You will act as the contact between our business and our co-manufacturing partners to create new and innovative products, acting as product development expert. NPD for includes gifting items and latest any future ideas to make us relevant to future growth
• Sourcing Operations. You will manage the ongoing project flow through our co-manufacturer operations. You will need to harness their commitment to driving innovation on our behalf. You will also continue to evaluate and manage the current sourcing network to allow us to have a complete overview of its current manufacturing resources. Additionally, you will use this overview to develop and manage contingency planning for assurance of supply.
• Sourcing Strategy. You will work to build up our sourcing network and commercialization strategy focusing on strategic supplier partnerships, speed to market and a flexible and agile supply chain.
• Cross functional collaboration. You will work to maintain and improve our strategic supplier relationships both domestically and internationally.
• Developing New Products and Suppliers. You will work with Design & to identify and develop suppliers who have technology and products that we does not possess to bring new items to market. Additionally, you will work with existing suppliers to implement new technology to improve existing products (cost, quality, etc.) or develop new products. You will lead the process of defining and creating the processes and procedures required to commercialize new products.
• Cost Savings. You will develop and implement cost savings initiatives while ensuring imperceptible difference to the consumer and maintaining quality and safety standards. You will also drive our supplier partners to propose and, with our approval, implement cost savings ideas.
