Job Description

• Manage existing Indoleads.com advertisers (Lazada, Zalora, Shopee, Aliexpress, Walmart, Tokopedia, MAS, Qatar Airways etc).
• Validation of monthly sales & debt collection from advertisers.
• Setting deadlines for payments & making sure that all necessary actions have been taken (requirements for double tax avoidance, validation completed, invoice sent etc etc).
• Have full picture of potential opportunities with each advertiser and predict possible issues with their performance.
• Checking stats of each assigned advertiser and notifying related departments about issues occurred (if any).
• Troubleshooting & problems solving with advertisers.
• Constantly increasing revenue & traffic from existing advertisers.
• Help advertisers to get on-board and guide through platform features.
• Participate in offline events across SEA (1 event bi-monthly)
• Coordinate with other departments about clients requirements and complains.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years as digital marketer/account manager at marketing agency/business development at marketing agency
• Base knowledge about online Affiliate marketing & digital marketing in whole.
• Active database of advertisers as advantage.
• Attentive to details
• Systematic approach as must
• Punctual & conscientious
• Perfect communication skills and new idea generation.
• Full of energy, positive thinking and enthusiastic.
• Passion for digital performance marketing & learning new.
• Degree/diploma in fields of business management, marketing or entrepreneurship
