Job Description

• Conceptualise, ideate and execute video concepts for all sponsored and in-house videos
• Manage, assist, and respond to incoming client briefs for video production
• Oversee the whole video production process, ensuring deadlines are met for in-house and sponsored videos and clients are satisfied with all video productions
• Work closely with INCULAB team to execute client video projects and Chinese content specialist team (WEI GUAN 围观 http://bit.ly/WeiGuanFB) to produce in-house videos
• Troubleshoot problems arise during production
• Continually level up the quality and production value of video we produce for both client and in-house. 
• In charge of production budget and allocate resources, ability to execute low to high budget video projects. 
• Keep up to date with trending content on social media, latest updates on digital channels and able to apply these trends and learnings into day to day creative work

Job Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in relevant field
• Must possess a Diploma, Degree or equivalent certification in Broadcasting, Film Studies, Mass Communication or any related field
• Proficient in videography, video production and enjoy coming up with new video content ideas
• Must be able to speak and write English and Mandarin. Malay is an added bonus
• Thorough understanding and knowledge on overall video production cycle from pre to post production, how to operate a camera and other video equipment, as well as editing software.
• Someone who is creative, organised, efficient, meticulous and able to multitask
• Good analytical mind and seek continuous self-improvement
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills 
• Flexible and able to work both independently and as a team
• Must be proactive, hardworking, and able to meet project deadlines
