• Proactively identify, approach and cultivate leads for the sales pipeline 
• Develop and manage key relationships with direct clients and agency to effectively grow sales revenue 
• Presents, convince and sells digital marketing related products to potential clients.
• Be competitive, VERY competitive in achieving sales targets
• Work closely with internal teams to pitch and execute client's digital marketing campaigns
• Proactively manage client expectations, prioritize and negotiate timelines and deliverables where necessary to meet key business objectives
• Lead and develop business strategy to tap into new market opportunities for our product 

Job Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of working experience, specializing in media sales, advertising, client servicing, digital marketing or equivalent
• Extroverted, people-person and high in EQ 
• Fluent in English and Mandarin. Ability to write in Chinese and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia will be added advantage
• Be willing to commit to hit targets
• Enjoy a competitive, aggressive and fast growing working environment
• Proven track record of sales success with media agencies and direct advertiser relationships is an added bonus
• Solid understanding of the online advertising landscape and advertising sales operations.
