Job Description

• Mainly ideate, strategise and implement creative solutions for clients.
• Brainstorm creative campaign ideas, digital strategies, and prepare proposals for clients.
• Attend client meetings where necessary with business development team to pitch or present to clients.
• Work closely with business development managers and internal teams to execute digital campaigns according to plan.
• Measure and prepare campaign performance report of client campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Plan and manage digital campaign budget to achieve optimum results. 

Job Requirements

• At least 2-3 year of working experience in a digital marketing/advertising/media/marketing related field is required for this position.
• Strategic Thinking - Truly understand the fundamental and strategic behind every idea you propose.
• Experienced in digital agency, strategic ideation or content creation is an added advantage.
• Experienced in planning and managing digital marketing campaigns using media channels such as social media, SEO/SEM, email, affiliate networks, retargeting etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn and adapt to new ideas.
• Familiar with analytics tools such as Facebook Insights or Google Analytics is an added advantage.
• Must be able to speak and write English and Mandarin fluently. Malay is an added bonus.
• Passionate and excellent interpersonal skills.
