Job Description

• Mainly ideate, strategize, and execute creative solutions for clients.
• Brainstorm ideas, digital strategies, create content and prepare proposals for client campaigns
• Work closely with business development team, internal team and, 3rd party media owners etc. to execute social media and digital campaigns according to plan.
• Measure and prepare campaign performance reports of client campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Plan and manage digital campaign budgets to achieve optimum results.
• Pitch and present ideas to clients, attend client meetings with the business development team where necessary. 

Job Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of working experience in a digital marketing/ advertising/media/marketing related field is required for this position.
• Have strong understanding on business objective and revenue goals, and ability to work with management team in achieving these goals.
• Strategic Thinking - Truly understand the fundamental and strategic behind every proposed idea and marketing plan. 
• Passionate, excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experienced in planning and managing digital marketing campaigns using digital media channels such as social media, SEO/SEM, email, affiliate networks, retargeting etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn and adapt to new ideas and workflow.
• Familiar with analytics tools such as Facebook Insights, Google Analytics etc.
• Must be able to speak and write English and Mandarin fluently. Malay is an added bonus. 
• Candidates with portfolio of past work/achievements will be highly considered.
