Job Description

• Ideate, strategize, and develop effective and creative solutions for clients 
• Liaise, pitch and present ideas to clients, attend client meetings to better understand their needs 
• Oversee and provide clear campaign directions, and work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow and deliverables
• Brainstorm ideas, digital strategies, and prepare proposals for clients
• Plan and manage digital campaign budgets to achieve optimum results
• Interpret and measure performance of client campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and revenue goals. 

Job Requirements

• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in a social media/ digital marketing/ advertising/ media/ marketing related field, with at least 2 years experience in client servicing and leadership position.
• Have strong understanding of business objectives and revenue goals, and ability to work with the management team in achieving these goals.
• Must be able to speak and write English and Mandarin fluently. Malay is an added bonus. 
• Strategic Thinking - Truly understand the fundamental and strategic behind every proposed idea and marketing plan. 
• Passionate, excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experienced in planning and managing digital marketing campaigns using digital media channels such as social media, SEO/SEM, email, affiliate networks, retargeting etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and willingness to learn and adapt to new ideas and workflow.
• Familiar with analytics tools such as Facebook Insights, Google Analytics etc.
