Job Description
Accelerate career progress to develop future manager in our key business departments, which are Customer Service Supply Chain & Planning, Operation and Technical & Quality.
You will be undergoing multiple rotations in different departments within the organization. Multiple projects with performance objectives will be assigned during each rotation, including opportunity to explore our manufacturing plants located in Penang and Perak.
Relevant soft skills & functional/ technical skills training are prepared for you to advance your professional competencies. Mentors are ready to provide support, guidance that step by step leading you to expose the businesses and becoming a future leader.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in any field.With a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or above or equivalent.
• Active in extra-curricular activities and was leadership role in society or club.
• Ready for challenges.
• Able to converse fluently in any local dialects will be an advantage.
