Job Description

• Manage online store operations, which includes but not limited to cataloguing, payment gateway management, platform updates etc.
• Coordinating fulfilment such as order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
• Manage logistic partners.
• Monitor sales performance over target.
• Conduct periodical analysis on consumer behaviour and trends.
• Maintain smooth functionality and update the online store to ensure that all content is fresh, relevant and engaging.
• Drive products on prospective online and offline marketplaces to increase sales.
• Manage all enquiries from customers, service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer relationships and retain consumer satisfaction.
• Working with the Communications & Business Development team to develop and grow the platform operations across different markets.
• Assist in planning, executing and monitoring online promotion campaigns.
• Identify prospective online and offline advertising and promotional opportunities, monitoring their success and ROI.
• Track, monitor and create timeline reports that include analysis and tracking across online and offline platforms.
• Design and implement policies and business processes to enhance operational efficiencies.
• Offer technical know-how and guidance to team members.
• Ensure operational performance on all areas.
• Ad-hoc content-related tasks.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in business development/marketing, with 1-2 years compulsory experience in an e-commerce company
• E-commerce platform management skill would be a plus
• Experience in customer service, customer retail management, e-commerce account management, distributor management and improving business processes

• Strong project management skills – able to lead/assist a project from initiation to completion
• Ability to analyse, interpret and explain complex data
• Demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple tasks, prioritise objectives to meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (or MS Office in general)
• Attention to detail and organised
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Highly energetic, ability to work both independently and as part of a team
