About The Job

  • Manages and oversees the CEO's agenda, schedules, call for meetings and correspondences to the CEO in all forms. 
  • To be the gatekeeper of the CEO's office, and to manage internal communications between CEOs and staffs. 
  • Support senior managers, oversees and follows-up with staffs to ensure quality execution of planned activities related to strategic projects and decisions taken by the CEO. 
  • Delegate work to others, in the CEO's absence. 
  • Manage business related tasks such as creating reports, organising travel and accommodation, taking minutes and other organisational tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date contact database and proper filing of communications and documents, 
  • Working with people at all levels and departments, and carry out any other tasks as directed by the CEO.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Business Administrator or related field.
  • 3 years’ executive position level experience.
  • Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to speak in Malay and English is a must.
  • Proven track record to effectively interacting with senior management.
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
  • Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Office program.
  • Possess a tight sense of urgency and able to work under pressure and deadlines.
