Job Description

• Conceptualize, develop and lead quality execution of content plans for communications channels, adhering to the overall strategy.
• Working alongside the Creative Team as the content lead for tasks including copywriting, graphic design, photography, video production and any other tasks for the purpose of content.
• Manage social media channels including content population and community management.
• Lead research, content sourcing and data extraction for the purpose of content.
• Maintain cohesive brand voice and consistent quality on all communications outputs.
• Work alongside the marketing team to implement content marketing plans, analyze content metrics, optimize dissemination including paid social and campaign reporting.
• Able to manage tasks and deliver on time, and able to interpret and work around creative briefs, technical requirements, and creative production workflows.
• Able to communicate and build relationships with communities and various other stakeholders for the purpose of public relations and content creation.
   

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Media Studies, Advertising or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar creative role.
• A self-starter that's able to handle a project through to completion with little direction.
• Excellent project management and prioritisation skills with strong attention to detail, and high quality work ethic.
• Proven ability to estimate the resources and time for production tasks.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Adobe Premier, After Effect, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Must have an intermediate understanding of social media platform.
• Excellent communication skills, including presentation to senior management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Strong command in English, both written and spoken.
