Job Description
Period of Contract: 1 March 2019 - 29 February 2020 (12 months, extendable) (IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY)
The Programme Manager will need to deftly navigate through the Malaysian and global ecosystem for education innovation and forge relationships with individuals and organisations who provide value to Impact Hub KL’s overarching mission and objectives. He/She will need to communicate with partners across all sectors – social organisations, corporations, governmental organisations, philanthropic entities to name a few – as part of external outreach. Likewise, the Programme Manager will need to internally engage with Impact Hub KL’s team members to share opportunities and provide support as needed.

- Facilitate business development and generate revenue streams for the programmes through identifying and developing relationships with clients, partners, and identified resources;
- Manage existing programme community including strategic communications and relationship management with partners and stakeholders.
- Programme management and delivery of the programmes in the work pillar.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field;
- Required language(s): Proficiency in English essential including excellent written and oral communication skills
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Previous professional experience or internship in NGOs, consulting agencies, event management companies, communications and PR companies, entrepreneurship development organisations, programme management and creative industries or related fields are preferred but not required;

- Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of managing clients, external project technical resources, community events and partners
