Job Description

• Develop and manage digital marketing ideas, campaigns & content. 
• Manage organization’s website and social networking accounts 
• Optimize content, post videos for the websites, emails and social networking channels 
• Drive website traffic and acquire leads
• Fix any error in online content
• Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the industry developments
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time 
• To handle online marketing (eg: Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Youtube Video Ads and company website)
• Able to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs).
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversation rates, traffic & etc) to help shape future marketing strategies.
• Develop engaging, creative, innovative content and design for regular scheduled posts. 
• Responsible to assist in marketing planning, executing and reporting.
• Preferably with Web designing skill

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Digital Marketing, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent
• Preferably Entry Level, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin)
• Excellent time management and general organisational skills
• Required skill(s); content marketing, video editing, photo editing, copy writing, social networking, mass communication, marketing, etc.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing. Sharp eye for smart and effective advertising Profile Summary
