Job Description

• Work with internal and external customer to understand business requirements and provide best industry practices solutions on technical development.
• Participate in the full system development lifecycle which includes business requirements definition, system analysis, design, develop, testing and go live support.
• Perform systems analysis and design work, creating appropriate documentation for use in estimating and specifying software development.
• Responsible to maintain data integrity on custom reports, applications.
• Follow and enforce system controls in respect to change management.
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and propose appropriate solutions.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems using both analytical and creative techniques.
• Document available workarounds and resolutions and contribute to our knowledge base.
• Actively participate in Titanfour Learning Centre(T4LC) by providing internal and external training.
• Extend helping to all stakeholders and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Provide regular status updates to your manager regarding workload, project status, priorities, and outstanding issues. 

Job Requirements

• Proficiency with JDE table structures, OMW, Business Services (BSSV) and or Application Interface Services (AIS) , Z table processing, UBE development, BI Publisher and RDA (including Financial Report Writer) reporting tools
• Experienced in at least ONE of modules of JD Edwards E1 Homebuilder Management, Real Estate Management, Sales Order Management, Supply Management and Manufacturing
• Experience with relational databases, SQL script writing (Oracle PLSQL preferred)
• At least 5 years of ORACLE JD Edwards Development Experience for senior position and 2 years’ experience for junior position
