The Job
The Business Analyst role is responsible for the delivery and management of the products and solutions. This includes support the end-to-end delivery of holistic process improvement solutions as well as the development and continuous improvement of in-house software systems.
The role involves working with internal and external stakeholders from clients and end-users to expert consultants and internal technical teams to deliver optimal solutions providing a great environment to learn and grow your career.
Job Responsibilities
• Review, analyse and evaluate business environments and client needs and develop process improvement solutions to optimise client’s business performance.
• Manage delivery of process improvement solutions including system implementation and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and document system concepts and system requirements, conduct system testing and verification in an agile development environment.
• Conduct training and support activities for production systems to client and end-user personnel.
• Support any ad-hoc request by the team & management from time to time
Job Requirements
You need to have:
• A Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or Mathematics.
• Excellent English communication skills in writing and speaking with ability to build and cultivate effective partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Customer-orientated attitude with excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Self-motivating, self-directed value driven working style with ability to partner with consultants and technical teams and to deliver products and solutions.
• Interest in business analysis, business process mapping and business process re-engineering to deliver process improvements and efficiency savings in client business environments.
• Interest in the learning and understanding of business analyst and project management disciplines (e.g. BABoK & PMBoK) and process improvement methodologies e.g. Six Sigma, Lean tools)
