Job Description

  • Directly working with CEO/Managing Director
  • Exposure across projects and departments.
  • Potential leadership program for the successful candidate.
  • Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop new department and category insights.
  • Analyse and recommend new ideas on how to improve sales in the given category
  • Translate consumer insights into innovative ideas and deliver growth for the brand
  • Execute business plans and communication strategies to meet or exceed our financial objectives.
  • Develop collaborative partnerships with our customers.
  • Improve our selling advantage by driving different categories growth and contributing to their strategies.
  • Operational work related to day-to-day business (i.e. volume forecasting, customer reports, budgets management etc.)


Job Requirements

  • The candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in any field with CGPA 3.00 and above.
  • Strong talents with a minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in any area.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Motivate toward career growth and learning.
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Hardworking and has a positive working attitude, constant learner and can-do mindset.
  • Excellent under pressure and very meticulous with strong attention to detail.
  • Any additional certification such as MUET (above 4), IELTS and TOEFL or with English major graduates are highly welcome to apply.

We started by just focusing on corneal refractive surgeries, which include Femto Laser-Assisted In-Situ Keratomileusis (LASIK) and Flapless procedure. However, within a short period, we have broadened our services to offer treatment for other common eye diseases such as cataract surgery, YAG-laser, diabetic eye disease treatments, pterygium surgery and paediatric ophthalmology services.We are equipped with the advanced ophthalmic diagnostic equipment and operating theatre to provide a good care for your eyes. Additionally, our staff receive extensive continuous training in understanding our  eyes to ensure that they can attend to your needs while you are at the centre. Our line of consultants is ready to offer you their services, provide you with the most exceptional care for your eyes and most importantly make you understand about your eyes! The satisfied smile and laughter of our patients are always our motivation.
