Job Description

• Preparation of full set of accounts
• Produce financial report to director.
• Processing invoices from suppliers & expenses forms.
• Verify documentation and prepare the payments. 
• Processing transactions and updating ledgers, budgets, etc. by using SQL systems.
• Providing administrative support to the team like filling and data entry.
• Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.
• Identifies financial status by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Working closely with individuals across the business at all levels.           
• Directly connect with external auditors for audit report compliance and tax related matters.
• Analyse quotations for any incurred expenses
• Has capability to propose relevant standard of procedures or internal control systems if necessary.
• Am able to perform internal audit within departments.
• Handle full petty cash transactions.
• Able to lead the entire account and finance team

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with CGPA 3.0 and above.
• 5 years experience in accounting and finance 
• Strong talent with audit experience is encouraged to apply
• High efficiency in dealing with account and finance related matters 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and meticulous in completing tasks 
• Result-driven with strong follow up and follow through
• Able to focus well while completing tasks
