Job Description

  • Reaching out to new potential Clients through cold-calls and established relationships to meet the Company’s sales target. 
  • Responsible for Sales Process from initial point of contact (lead generation for selected industry), presentations and proposals. 
  • Evaluating new leads by working with Client’s engineering team to establish design parameters, interfacing requirements with existing infrastructure, health and safety restrictions and considering any operational disruptions and contingencies. 
  • Supervising and assisting data collection for proposal design on site through various metering solutions or survey. 
  • Working with Design Engineers for proposals and submission. 
  • Working on tender submissions with Design Engineer and Clients’ submission. 
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project output. The candidate must be able to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple on-going projects together with the installation team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Engineering, or related discipline with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MEP projects.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with design softwares such as AutoCAD and/or REVIT.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written English and one other Asian language will be an added advantage. 
  • Ability to travel within South East Asia in markets covered by iHandal.
