Job Description

• Responsible to oversee, plan, and monitor the projects from end to end for all IFV brands
• Site visit to ensure renovations are being done correctly & timely
• As a project leader for the new or current outlet renovation/construction, reinstatement, refurbishment, maintenance, exhibition and other adhoc projects both locally and internationally. 
• Liaise with designer, contractor, sub-contractor, supplier, mall management (fit-out management), government authority to make sure all the designs/renovations are in compliance with mall regulations and as per technical drawings.
• As the main coordinator for all others stakeholders to ensure smooth project completion.
• To call for tender, tender briefing, open tender exercise, tender review,  to negotiate, to provide award suggestion & to award Tender
• Responsible for preparation of full set detail drawings, 3D renderings, and document submission for approval.
• Preparation contractor/supplier claim. 
• Preparation bill of quantities ( BQ )

Job Requirements

• An OPEN mind and a YOUNG heart
• At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, with a proven background in negotiation, partnerships & project management. 
• Have an organized work ethic with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• Preferably with a background working in the Food/Beverage/Restaurant Industry or equivalent, with an excellent understanding of food & beverage design & project requirements.
