Job Description

1. Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required. 2. Dealing with email enquiries (general emails).
3. Taking minutes.
4. Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
5. Data entry (sales figures, recruitment data etc).
6. General office management such as ordering stationary.
7. Providing administration support to Operation department.
8. Do filing and documents archive.
9. Do tracking for Outlet Training progress.
10. Assist new marketing POSM arrangement to outlets.
11. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly report for Ops based on needs.
12. Assist HR matters as needs – call candidates for interview, arrange interview, data entry and hiring documentations.
13. Manage JAKIM portal
14. Manage application and renewal for any authority’s requirement such as business license, Halal, BeSS, Music License, HACCP etc.


Job Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
2. SPM or STPM with minimum 2 years’ experience in administration works.
3. Experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) will be an advantage.
4. Excellent in time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Strong organizational and planning skills.
8. Proficient in MS Office.
9. Independent and can work with minimum supervision.
