Job Description

1. Propose training & development objectives and programs to meet business requirements.
2. Come our training audit to ensure 100% compliance on programs activation.
3. Determine individual training needs and requirements for Managements, Licensees, Executives, Supervisors & Outlet Crews.
4. Provides training materials to meet specific training needs.
5. To plan, organize, deploy, and conduct training required.
6. Develops, updates and amends Operation Manuals and Training Manuals regularly.
7. Create, conduct, and develop training for new joiner as per New Employee Orientation guidelines (NEO).
8. Develops, updates and amends training approach, material regularly.
9. Work closely with Products R&D (Research and Development) department on new menu – S.O.P, process, control, training measure, quality control and all related matters.
10. Working closely with Marketing on new promos launching related to new engagement, new products etc - S.O.P, process, control, training measure, quality control and all related matters.
11. Come out with memo regarding Operation control measure.
12.  To do structured outlet visitation as per requirements and area needs.
13. To provide support on the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of Operation Standard
14. Carry out store inspection to maintain high operational standards as required.
15. To justify work process, workload, and work ethic in Operation by providing simplify and easy way without jeopardizing the standards
16. To conduct training audit to ensure 100% compliance on activation at outlets level.
17. To have 2-way learning session with outlet members to ensure everyone been updated with latest process, S.O.P and continuously receive feedback.
18. To be a neutral element in organisation by provides ears to listen, eyes to witness and word to motivate, not attitude to judge.
19. To ensure outlets comply with authority’s compliance.
20. Provides training classes related to operation needs.
21. Provides talent bank so everyone knows where to deposit their strength to other opportunities in the organisation.
22. Propose and provides motivation, seminar, or any related courses to help Operation Team build self-qualities and positive mindset.
23. To plan, organize, deploy, and conduct classes as per requirement for each level.
24. To develop, activate and assist career path for Operation Team by providing necessary learning, training and quality needed. 

Job Requirements

1. A great ‘ CAN DO ’attitude and open to constructive feedback. Attitude over experience.

4. Able to converse in multiple language fluently & confidently
5. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the F&B Training field is required for this position.
6. Selfless and ready to contribute your knowledge to the others needing your expertise.
7. Possess own transport and able to travel frequently as needed.
8. Food technology background is bonus. 
9. Preferably specialized in Food Technology/Nutritionist or equivalent
